1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to **Lex Autopilot** ("the Service"), a full-stack AI-powered application provided by **LexTech Solutions Inc.** ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("ToU"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with all of these ToU, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. The Service (Lex Autopilot)

Lex Autopilot is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offering the following core features:

**AI-Powered Content Generation:** Creation of legal documents using Artificial Intelligence based on your website analysis.
**Automatic Website Analysis:** Crawling and analysis of your website structure and functionality.
**Smart Updates:** Monthly background processes check if generated content requires updates due to changes in applicable law or website structure.
**Export Formats:** Documents are exportable as HTML, React, Vue, Angular components, and PDF.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

**3.1. General.** Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for your subscription.

**3.2. Billing and Renewals.** Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel through your account management panel prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Limited License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your **internal business purposes only.** You are expressly prohibited from:

Using the Service for websites engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities.
Attempting to reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the underlying software (Next.js, Clerk, etc.).
Using automated systems (bots) to extract data for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Legal Advice

5.1. NO LEGAL ADVICE

**LEX AUTOPILOT IS A SOFTWARE TOOL. WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, AND THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.** Your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

5.2. User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated documents with **qualified legal counsel** to ensure full compliance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

**6.1. Service Ownership.** The name Lex Autopilot, software, logos, and underlying code (including Next.js, Clerk, and OpenAI implementations) are the proprietary property of the Company.

**6.2. Generated Content.** Upon payment of applicable fees, the specific policies generated for your website are owned by you. However, the underlying AI models remain the property of the Company.

7. General Provisions

**7.1. Governing Law.** These ToU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Delaware, USA**.

**7.2. Limitation of Liability.** To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
